How to return an item
- Email info@lapevie.com with your order number, the reason and photos if it is broken or wrong.
- We check your request and send the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item safely in its original packaging.
- Send it with tracked shipping. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we check it and send your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. You get an email when it is sent.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome for any reason within 30 days of delivery. For broken, damaged or wrong items we pay the return shipping. If you want a different size, color or model, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you pay the return shipping. Email us with your order number to start an exchange.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We arrange the return for free and send a replacement or a full refund.
Not satisfied / changed your mind
Return it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. You pay the return shipping. We refund the full product price within 7 business days after we receive it.
